By booking a tour or experience with Jogja Horizon Tour, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued by Jogja Horizon Tour.
- Payment instructions will be provided after we review and confirm your booking request.
- All payments must be completed within the specified payment period to secure your reservation.
- Requests to change tour dates, participant details, pickup information, or other booking details should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for certain changes.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
1. Cancellation made 3 days in advance: Guests are eligible for a full refund of the tour price.
2. Cancellation made 1–2 days in advance: Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the tour price.
3. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be provided.
Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location or meeting point without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-show reservations.
- If a tour cannot operate due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, political situations, public safety concerns, religious events, or other unforeseen circumstances, Jogja Horizon Tour reserves the right to: Reschedule the tour to a future date.
- Offer an alternative tour or activity of comparable value; or
- Provide a refund, where applicable.
- The final arrangement will depend on the circumstances and operational feasibility at the time.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, transfer fees, and other charges imposed by financial institutions may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and arriving at the pickup location or meeting point on time.
- Guests are also responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected activity.
- Jogja Horizon Tour acts as a tour operator and coordinator for various tourism services.
- We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, losses, injuries, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Personal information provided by customers will only be used for reservation purposes, tour operations, and service-related communication.
