Start your journey with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Yogyakarta. The trip to the slopes of Mount Sumbing takes around two hours, passing green rice fields, traditional villages, and peaceful rural landscapes.
Upon arrival at Dusun Butuh, also known as Nepal Van Java, you will be welcomed by rows of colorful houses neatly arranged along the hillside with the majestic Mount Sumbing as the backdrop. Here, you can either walk or enjoy a ride using a scooter accompanied by a local driver, making it easier and more comfortable to explore the narrow village paths while enjoying the cool mountain air and the calm village atmosphere.
Not far from there, the journey continues to Sukomakmur Village, located in a lush green highland area. Here, you will see beautifully arranged vegetable fields across the hillsides.
