- You will visit two main locations. First, explore the Yogyakarta Palace with a guide and learn about its history and the traditions of the Javanese kingdom. Then, continue to Tamansari to see the royal water palace, its pools, and underground tunnel.
- The Palace is a cultural area, so dressing modestly is appreciated.
- The tour goes on, rain or shine
- Gamelan music, traditional dance, and classical performances are usually available from Tuesday to Sunday, between 09:00–11:00. If there is no performance on a certain day, it is usually due to the Palace’s internal events.
